PRIORITY GROUPS:
Hospital workers
Long-term care consultant pharmacists
Long-term care staff
Long-term care survey and certification staff
Primary care (family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics)
Occupational health
Urgent care
Any health care worker performing COVID-19 testing or COVID-19 vaccinations
University health center
School nurses: K-12 school health
Dental
Pharmacy
Program for All inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) workers
Home health, Private Care/Personal Care
Hospice
Dialysis
Blood donation center workers
Emergency Medical Services: paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement officers
OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS:
Specialist physician/APRN clinics (cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology, nephrology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, pulmonology, radiology, urology, and other specialties not already vaccinated)

NOTE: This group does NOT include: veterinarians, patients over 65, patients living in independent living facilities that are not licensed as long-term care, assisted living, or a residential care facility with in the state of Arkansas, spouses, children, or other relatives of eligible patients, friends of eligible patients, public school employees above, governmental workers and politicians, patients with chronic medical conditions unless any of these meet the requirements above.
